Cheese and wine - is it really a marriage of love? With around 1000 different types of cheese and many times more types of wine, the answer is not easy. Experience classic and surprising combinations. Discover new cheeses and wines and experience how enjoyable the right combination can be.
We will take you on a journey through Europe's cheese production, which is so incredibly diverse. We taste two wines together with each cheese and describe and evaluate the combination and the flavour effect of cheese and wine on each other. The wines (white and red) come from European wine-growing regions. We will work out the rules for combining cheese and wine in an enjoyable way. The extensive and exciting tasting is complemented by interesting facts about cheese and wine.

Target group: Lovers of and those interested in cheese and wine, with or without previous knowledge. Maximum of 15 people
Services: Seminar with tasting of eight types of cheese in combination with two wines each (6 different wines), 0.75 litres of mineral water per person, bread, seminar documents.
