What the multiplication table is for mathematics, this school lesson is for wine. But not so dry! In this school lesson we learn how versatile and interesting "wine" can be. How does our cooperative actually work? How are the vines grown? Why are there so many grape varieties and how come wine of the same variety can taste so different? How can I tell the quality of a wine? We also dive into the big world of sensory science and train our sense of smell.
